  Mixed review: Going to the post office has always been a positive experience even when there are long lines they're quick to add a second or third associate and the service has always been pleasant and professional. The delivery service has been the negative. In the past 6 months our carriers must have changed hands. Since then our mail has been forced in our mailbox, especially small packages that should have been brought to our residence. For the past three years we've had a very noticeable sign on our front door for what to do with all deliveries dropped off or picked up. All delivery companies have spotted that sign except approximately six months ago the new USPS carrier; unfortunately for the packages that were delivered, it's been a guessing game as to where they were placed -several deliveries never made it to our home. Not one package that was officially requested by other businesses to be picked up by USPS from our residence has been, even when the companies made a second or third request. Understandably, it takes some time to get used to a new routine that's why we've waited as long as we have to say anything but these last few mishaps have been quite frustrating.

  Well, WE like them! Very pleasant, helpful, and you know, if you are nice to someone, they are typically nice to you, and helpful. Never had an issue, and always get our mail.

  If you don't get a fax machine or no answer, don't leave a message for Mark to hold your mail each time someone runs over your mailbox. The message never gets to the carrier before they leave. I wouldn't complain, but this is the 2nd time. Even if you call early, being a former carrier I know they don't leave to deliver before 8 or 9am!

  We moved and tried to use this post office. We never got our mail from our old address and if you try and speak to someone they are no help. I am sick of hearing that 9-11 is the reason for post office issues. Opening a PO Box was a nightmare, even though I already had a box at our old location and an account. "The PO in Murphy is not the associated with the PO in Texas!" Really? They ARE the same company, but the staff have decided that Murphy is an island. The clerks at the counter are always pleasant, but the rest are seemingly difficult on purpose. My bank was less difficult to make the transition. Businesses beware, after 6 months we have given up on ever seeing our mail from the old address.
